How do I schedule an appointment?

Call the salon directly during our operating hours Tues-Sat 10am-5pm, it may be necessary to leave a message because of our busy front desk. We will return your call promptly and assist you with questions and scheduling. Or request an ONLINE APPOINTMENT.

What should I do if I need to cancel/ reschedule and appointment?

We ask that you give at least 48hours notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment. You may give notice by phone or email or text directly to your stylist. Repeat cancellations/no shows may be subject to a fee for lost time at the discretion of your stylist. Thank you!

Can I bring small children or guests with me to my appointment?

We cannot allow additional guests or children into the building during this time due to our COVID safety protocols. Those only with appointments will be permitted inside- thank you for understanding.

WHY IS THERE VARIATION IN PRICING FROM STYLIST-TO-STYLIST OR FROM APPOINTMENT-TO-APPOINTMENT?

Our pricing factors in the demand for each stylist, the experience they have in their careers as well as the amount of time, products, and procedures needed to complete your service. We always do our best to give you an accurate price range over the phone, but upon your in-person consultation we can give you a price for the type of hair you have and what will be required to achieve your desired results. Often times more than one appointment is required to get you to your ‘final destination’ and we will work with you on a timeline and budget for that when required.

How early do I need to schedule my Bridal/Wedding appointment?

We suggest you schedule your appointment 9-12 weeks prior to your event. Contact us with as much detail as possible including dates, times, locations and number of people in your party requiring services. We do our best to accommodate difficult scheduling, but remember extra fees and down payments may be required for 'outside of business hour' appointments.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

We recommend a scheduled appointment which will guarantee a timely experience.

What if I am unhappy with my results, do you have a refund policy?

Yes. If you are unhappy with your results, please let us know, we would like the opportunity to make it right. We have a 7 day repair policy- meaning we will gladly correct any errors on our part at no cost if you contact us within 7 days of your initial appointment. However, beyond 7 days or if the issue is a ‘change of mind’ about the service you requested, then a full price appointment would be scheduled for you.
